Letter from the President
|
Dear members and friends,
Oakland welcomes
Police Chief Anthony
Batts...our hats
off to him for digging
right in and working for
safe streets in Oakland!
Support for all
businesses is a
core objective of your
Chamber. Two recent
initiatives - the
Mayor's Task Force on
Small Business and the
Oakland Partnership
(which has a goal of
creating 10,000 new jobs
in Oakland) - have both
called for increased
business support in
Oakland. And now we are
pleased to say that the
Oakland Business
Assistance Center is
a reality!

the best travel value I have ever
experienced. The opportunity to
experience a culture so different
from our own and learn the history
of China was a wonderful experience
